How Our Network Works

Talk to a local provider

Who you talk to

You talk to an independent local concrete provider. These are separate businesses, not employees of Hentidude Concrete. Hentidude Concrete makes the introduction and then steps aside. The work, the quote and the schedule are between you and the provider.

What happens on the first conversation

Expect a few simple questions. Where is the project? What do you want to build? How big is the area? Do you have photos? A provider may then suggest a site visit to measure and look at the ground. Availability varies, so ask what the calendar looks like.

Questions worth asking a provider

Keep a short list handy. These are good starters:

  • Can you give me a written quote that lists materials, thickness and finish?
  • How will you prepare the base and handle drainage?
  • Is the work for a driveway, a patio or stamped concrete, and what does that change?
  • How do you plan around heavy rain and summer storms?
  • How long should the concrete cure before I use it?
  • Do you hold the license and insurance my area requires?
  • Do you work with structural or foundation repair experts if the slab needs more than flatwork?

A note on repairs and other trades

This site is built for new projects. If you are weighing concrete driveway repair or a structural issue, say so up front. Some jobs call for a different trade, and a straight answer helps everyone.

You stay in control

You can ask questions, compare more than one quote and take your time. There is no obligation to hire anyone you speak with. Costs vary by job, so ask for the details in writing before you decide.
