How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Hentidude Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to send a complaint and what you can expect in return. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Hentidude Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a contractor we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If something is wrong with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the contractor directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about contractors helps keep our network honest, and contractors who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Hentidude Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a contractor or act for a contractor.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@hentidude.store and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The contractor's name, if you have it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the contractor. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
